    At The Oink & Moo, we proudly sell ONLY fresh, never-frozen meats. All of the premium cuts you find in our butcher shop are cut and prepared fresh in-house. We do not freeze our meats or use any frozen product. This ensures you are getting the highest quality, freshest meats for the optimal flavor and tenderness. Our focus is on serving fresh cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and other proteins on a daily basis. Freezing meats degrades both taste and texture over time. So for the best eating experience, you can count on our commitment to freshness. Come taste the difference fresh makes!

    We offer an extensive selection of premium quality fresh meats. Our butcher case is stocked daily with delicious cuts such as Certified Angus steaks like Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and New York Strip.   • Do you butcher whole animals?

    We specialize in high-quality cuts of meat, not whole animal processing. We source all of our beef, pork, chicken, and other proteins from trusted local farms and purveyors. Our skilled butchers then hand-cut and prepare them in-house into the retail cuts that we sell in our shop. We do not actually receive and break down whole cow, pig, or lamb carcasses on site. We focus on the art of meat cutting rather than large-scale animal processing. This allows us to maintain our high standards of quality control, freshness, and service on the premium meat products we offer our customers. So while we don't do the initial butchering, we proudly butcher all cuts by hand to provide the finest retail meats. Please let us know if you are looking for any custom orders!

    At this time, The Oink & Moo does not offer shipping or delivery for our products. We are a local butcher shop focused on providing the freshest cuts of meat to customers who visit our store. To maintain the highest quality and standards, we do not ship or deliver our premium meats. We hope you will come into our shop to view our selection of hand-cut steaks, chops, sausages, and other meats available daily.
